★★★★★ Terrible experience with activating our joint account. When asked to enter last name and identification it consistently rejects inputs. Also, the instructions are not clear. This will cause me to unnecessarily go to the bank to wait in line to see if they can do it. Follow up. Went to the bank, and they could not sign either. They explained that due to bugs in the system the application will be released late June. Why don't they tell frustrated users this vital information? Much major ahora 😃
