The device is connected to the app but unable to connect with the phones Bluetooth. When I try to connect the paired device. A notification saying an app is needed to use the device. I am not able to connect the Beoplay E8 to my Samsung Galaxy S24 through Bluetooth, but the Beoplay E8 is connected to the app.

Every week the app stops recognizing the headphones, so you need to remove the product and newly connect them again, the whole new product process. Just horrible for the price you pay. Never again B&O

The app keeps crashing when trying to connect to my Beoplay EQ earbuds and isn't usable at all.

It messes with the speaker. After installing the speaker often won't turn on unless I get my phone, connect start the app then it turns on. This is so I can then use it for a different device. Pain
