★★★★★ Must have app Excellent info. I was surprised to see Angkor Wat model in Bangkok Grand Palace. However, the app had great explanation for it. Highly recommended for tourists. Very accurate information. We picked up a map that at the gate. Pleasant surprise was that the app followed the map perfectly - number by number. We know that we did not miss anything in the vast complex.

★★☆☆☆ Access to my file, photo etc.? Why??? You can't use the app unless you grant the app access to your file, photo, etc. I am not sure why it is necessary. If it needs access to location, I prefer to have an option for allowing access only when app is in use. I may be paranoid, but I don't like what I don't know. For that, I rather use a guidebook and an old fashion map.

★★☆☆☆ Paid and unable to use, now unable to request refund even. Have to download app, then download the language you need. Tried several times to download, but the download stops completely and does not re-start. Have high speed mobile data that I can play games with and have no issues downloading other guides or apps with, also tried Wi-Fi at hotel. Neither worked and had to leave go see the Grand palace as I spent over an hour trying to set this up. Maybe try to do at home before coming to Thailand.
