★★☆☆☆ It took long time to download because of the app has too much data. Most promotion and news should be removed. Those data can be seen on the website. The application need to be improved.

★★☆☆☆ I just brought MRT EMV Card with 250 Baht and officer said I can use this card now but to register before midnight. So after I got home and downloaded this Bangkok MRT app, application got crashed and auto closed every time when I click on MRT EMV option in order to register. What will happen if I can't register on time? Will my card become disabled?

★★☆☆☆ You're missing an entire mrt line (the pink line) absolutely no information for it. The line has been built for months and none of your programmers thought to add it before it was opened? What a massive joke. You are lazy clowns.
