The staff have always been so helpful and so nice. Unlike other branches they don't make you feel like your going through baggage check at an airport.

It seems to me to have more features, and I think better lay out. I didn't want to get use to new update the only problem I have had is when I had to install this one and had to call customer service. I think app is fine jeeps me from calling the actual bank or going to the bank less. I think the people that work in the bank are awesome as well.they are always very friendly and willing to help me anytime I have questions or issues

I can't install it. I'm not sure who to reach out to. But I've restarted my phone and was stuck at 98 percent. Before that it would be 50, 80 percent, etc. I tried downloading a different app (to see if I couldn't download any app at all) and it installs perfectly. So yes something wrong with this app, but I'll keep trying.

Doesn't even log me in 90% of the time. Sits at the loading screen forever ever since the November update!

I really dislike this new app. I can no longer force refresh the page, and I dislike that I cannot get an accurate account balance between midnight and 9am in the morning. I also can no longer exit the app without opening my tabs to close it manually. Please bring back the old app.
