Awful. Don't know how they manage to have the most unstable banking app ever made. It stays "experiencing technical difficulties" more than any app I have ever experienced during the 4 years ive been banking with BOC. My recommendation is to go to any other bank, because BOC will leave you high and dry on accessing your funds especially when you need it the most.

Garbage. Almost 2 years since my original review, numerous updates and I still have to answer my security question because the "don't challenge me again on this device" box doesn't work. Y'all can change the entire look and name of your company but can't make a simple check in the box work

I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW APP, RELEASE 5/7/25. Seems like everything I log in, I have to change my password. My password manager is not able to fill the username and password. Password can't even be pasted. I am a network administrator with nearly 25 years experience, so I understand the need for a strong password policy, but this is ridiculous! FIX IT!!!
