For the past year I have had to be changing my password regularly, occasionally, twice in a day, in order to access my account on BOSL's online banking. Customer Services was repeatedly informed of the problem and endeavored to resolve but to no avail. It was not until today when a senior member of the staff engaged me that the problem was finally (I hope) resolved. The problem was that I was using separate passwords for mobile and online banking, but they should be the same!

The app is good, the only problem is it asks to update the app and play store doesn't have any update for it. My last update was the 22nd of this month and it is still asking to update. I don't know where the problem is, but it needs to be fixed.

Oh well. Now that the old app is officially out, I'm forced to use this one, and I can't even enter. I'm guessing when u download the new app it's supposed to log u in with ur previous email and password, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The app just keeps closing every time I try to log in... please fix this bosl

Keeps asking me to change my password, and it doesn't accept my new passwords. Change the requirements needed for the password and stop making me create a new password every time I want to log in. 1 password is sufficient. Consider that, then this app will be good.

Worst app on God's green earth....regret I ever joined this bank...this app keeps suspending anf have you resetting your password over and over.
