Bank5 is a great online bank. Actually give you a return in checking
accounts. The app is good too. All around good bank. Just wish the rate of
return was better...

The app has always been simple to use and one of the best banking apps I've had. The fingerprint sign in is a nice addition, and I absolutely love the available widget. All banks I've used you had to go into the app for your quick view balance, now with the widget you can scroll through your accounts right from your home screen. Easily my favorite new feature that I haven't seen any one else put out yet. A+++ keep up the good work.

As a college student, this is great, as it's one of the limited banks that allow you to have an add-on CD. I am forever grateful for that feature. I just wish I could edit my autopay from external accounts on Mobile. I can already do that on my computer

Bank5 contacted my in June or July stating that someone tried to use my account. They cancelled the card and said they sent me a new one, but I never received it. I contacted them a month ago, and they confirmed my address and said they would send another card. I never received the card, so I contacted them a week ago. They replied stating they sent the card on July. I replied yesterday and asked them why they have not sent my card. This morning I see that they closed the ticket without a reply.

Takes 20 tries to deposit a check sometimes, but it's better than running to the bank to do it.

Depositing a check is Damn near impossible. Every picture of the back of the check is "too bright, change lighting". I had to put the check on a black towel in a bathroom with the lights off... Garbage!

With their current Belle implementation, it's been absolutely atrocious, and it doesn't work for me on my end to send or receive money. Can't even go back to the original Belle app because it forces you to use your bank Belle implementation instead. Don't deploy something fully wide without doing small tests or something along those lines!
