Great app... thank you for bringing fingerprint sign-in. The only thing I really wish the app had was external accounts transfer ability... you have to sign into the full desktop website to accomplish that, which sucks to do from a phone. But despite this, I still have 5 stars because most everything else is great, and Bank5 Connect has excellent interest rates on both savings and checking, ATM fees rebates etc.... awesome stuff guys, but keep improving please.... I hope you seriously consider the external transfers from the app improvement.

With their current Belle implementation, it's been absolutely atrocious, and it doesn't work for me on my end to send or receive money. Can't even go back to the original Belle app because it forces you to use your bank Belle implementation instead. Don't deploy something fully wide without doing small tests or something along those lines!

Bank5 contacted my in June or July stating that someone tried to use my account. They cancelled the card and said they sent me a new one, but I never received it. I contacted them a month ago, and they confirmed my address and said they would send another card. I never received the card, so I contacted them a week ago. They replied stating they sent the card on July. I replied yesterday and asked them why they have not sent my card. This morning I see that they closed the ticket without a reply.

Takes 20 tries to deposit a check sometimes, but it's better than running to the bank to do it.

Depositing a check is Damn near impossible. Every picture of the back of the check is "too bright, change lighting". I had to put the check on a black towel in a bathroom with the lights off... Garbage!
