It's idiotic to send an email telling someone they have a guarantee credit waiting to get a new cell phone, just make a down payment, and you can start enjoying ur new phone and u check how much is the down payment to your surprised it's 75% the value of the cellphone you have to pay.

In their own customer service rep's words, "there's no system for portability for online purchases, so online payments of any kind currently don't work with your card" and that "there's no estimated timeframe for a fix", and that "when fixed will appear as a push notification in your app". This is the most blatantly downright shameful response I've heard so far in any card-providing institution, let alone an actual bank. No online payments with your bank's debit card in 2024, total insanity.

Not really a fan of an app that doesn't have option for foreign legal residents residing in Mexico.
