It's a great app, can be a bit confusing sometimes but when you get used to it it's great and simple!!! It's got the fingerprint scanner option which is nice, you can also deposit checks on it which is nice so that way you don't have to go to the bank

The app never lets me log in when I need to, because it has far too frequent downtimes. The service is the most unreliable I've used. Says it can't validate my information when I've used my thumbprint after it just told me print accepted! My password won't work either, so I'm left wondering if I should reset my password for the millionth time or anticipate a whole night to finally see my account – since they don't repair bugs promptly, and I've seen this go on for days! Unusable system.

If I could give no stars I would. It never works for me... I think in 5 years I've been able to actually use this app 5 to 10 times without an issue! If you change phones and don't have access to your old phone and number... You can't get logged in... And it has NEVER.... NOT 1 TIME, recognized my security question! I think I know without a doubt my mother's maiden name!!!!!!! Or the name of my first pet!!!!

It's difficult to sign in at certain times. This is especially true on Sunday. The app seems to be forgotten by developers. It looks and feels outdated. It's not simple to navigate. You have to know exactly what you're looking for to find it. It seems like a financial institution like CSB would put more thought into It's app. It's embarrassing.
