★★★★★ Cannot install Banked Nordea, app on my Android 12 Motorola.

★★★★★ It's rather interesting that you're asking. I can not function without it. It's very helpful. I wish I could use it on the Internet more often. Use It instead of having problems with remembering all of them passwords and stuff. It's clear that you know what doing please don't ever do like on the Internet and overdoing it.

★★★★★ Frustration - when digital ID card was added all went well with installation on my iPhone but when the same process is followed on my android I get an error message when I choose to scan my passport. No possibility to have any support with this issue. Error message is that unable to start text recognition, maybe because Google play has not finished downloading necessary files yet, please try later. Now been trying for 2 days without progress.

★★★★★ A must-have in this day and age. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Never had any issues.

★★☆☆☆ As of the latest version, it is now required to have a new NFC ID card issued by the Swedish police or a Swedish passport with a camera symbol in order to renew or create a new Banked. Driving license, and ID cards issued by Skatteverket is not accepted, that leaves millions of Swedes out all of a sudden. This is horrible, especially for elderly pensioners without a valid passport. At least when FrejaID did something similar, they offered to verify yourself in person in several hundred locations.

★★☆☆☆ The app seems to work fairly well but when you query the support email identified on Google Play a confidential question where there would be conflict between two different bank accounts they send a SPAM email advising you to take it up with your bank. Would they also suggest I should ask Anonymous for Banked support? Get your act in shape guys and gals. Customer support means supporting the customer - not telling them to "go forth and multiply!"
