Won't open but keeps trying. It doesn't open, just blinks and shuts down and then every few minutes it blinks on the screen when I'm not even trying to open it. Uninstalling as it's disruptive

Has not worked for several weeks now. Cannot change password successfully, cannot get it to accept password and after calling customer service last week they acknowledge there are problems logging into the app since several weeks ago! I think it is time to call them and continuously ask them for our account balances because the website doesn't work either! Very low confidence in this institution
