Easy to use but definitely has some bugs here or there. Biometric login works when it wants and Belle was down for a few days recently. If The bugs could get fixed It would be one of the better banking apps I've used.

Fraud with a capital F Same people on the phone number, which is wrong. Who get your personal info then tell you the system is down or some other excuse which is true. Could have relayed to you before they get your SSN They sente an ATM card which never arrived, or so I thought My neighbor grabbed it out of mail, then switched the canceled old card with the new card when he broke into my house. So now I have 5he canceled old card and Bank United won't pick up the phone with BSO here

No overdraft fees with bank united! Chase bank makes 35 million a year off overdraft fees aka poor people!

Tonight it would not allow for any internal transfers, and you can't get anybody on the phone cuz they're only open till 8:00, and they don't have tech support after that particular time I tried that several times, and now I am uninstalling and reinstalling the app and yes like everybody else this thing never recognizes my device, and I constantly have to wait for a code and sometimes there's a delay in getting the code, and you have to ask for the code three or four times

Bank United is the biggest clown show of a bank around. Can't stand trying to do anything with them

Horrible old one was better never recognizes me and have to go through so much trouble for verification every single time. Doesn't even deserve the one star!
