Love this app! This is a vital link to my healthcare. The app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Messaging, appointments, and health records are at my fingertips. Had a medical concern and sent a message to my Primary Care Doc and got a response within 24 hours. Lab results are viewable within 48 hours, and with a button click, you can view the line-chart history of specific tests like cholesterol. For me, this app is indispensable.

No, I do not enjoy using MY HEALTH and MY CHART because of the pass code changes and because I believe most people MY age, along with myself, do not have good computer skills, and/ access to a smartphone or computer. Many in this age bracket live off Social Security and have Medicare A and B for insurance, thus causing financial stress to meet basic needs, so a smartphone is not a priority.

This is just about the worst app I have ever used. It lets me log in 1 out of every 10 times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Very frustrating.
