A key part of my toolkit at work and at home Flexible and powerful. (To the person with issues: Barcode scanner works fine for me, I use ZXing and Barcode Scanner+, email msurf to get help if you can't follow the simple setup guide) In my experience they're a very helpful developer, adding features and ideas their users suggest. This is an awesome tool and the best Android inventory management app I've tried –– more refined and simply powerful than the more complicated and cumbersome Inventory Droid - this app has a few key workflow advantages like Tags, hierarchical Locations and Categories. Nice export by email with images attached, export to csv and Google Docs/Drive and scheduled backup to Dropbox... ;) Now that my database grows, I'd love to see customisable fields like mSurf's other app "Spreadsheet & Inventory Pro".

Awesome app! Just upgraded from the demo version we liked this one so much. The scanner is quick (you'll need to watch for shadows/glare and lighting, though) and when it can't find something you can input an ISBN, EAN, or Amazon ASIN number. I did an inventory of our 700+ books and didn't have a single force close or have it lose anything. You can also input pics of items, tag them, list locations, etc. This is a fantastic inventory app -- we're using it to catalog everything in our home before a major cross-country move and will keep it up-to-date for insurance purposes. It also has a nice check-in/check-out feature -- something we'll use for our books. Strongly recommend this app -- it's fantastic.

It Sucks! No manual! How does expense list relate to inventory item? How do I afd to inventory using wholesale cost? Totally confusibg how features, capabilities relate! Not intuitive at all.

LG G3 Have to put title in & take picture of DVD cover or book cover or CD cover. Very annoying! The app should do all this when it's on Wi-Fi or data!!

No UPS scanning from phone cam I was hoping to use this to scan items as I packed them into storage boxes. Using a cell phone only would be most convenient, but this app will not read upc codes through the camera like do many others do. Add this and I will rebuy.
