Recognize products by barcode. Use our suggested name and description on new items for quick data entry. Add a vendor and price as needed. Products will save in your item library as you add them to the spreadsheet.

Move items to the spreadsheet by picture. Add pictures to your items to create your own reverse image search database. Add many items to a spreadsheet with one picture.

Move items to the spreadsheet by barcode. Scan in regular mode to add new items. Or use the barcode auto-scan feature for continuous scan, scan without alerts or pop-ups.

Show/hide columns, re-label columns, or change the columns order on Excel, CSV, or the PDF via the custom reporting. No re-formatting of sheets after export.

Invite additional users. All of your users' name, date and time is stamped on every action, no guessing who created a record or did the latest update.

Share spreadsheets with other users. Set timers for user to add entries or edit their own entires. Record user scan location.

Add additional companies for free to have separate item libraries.

Unlimited lookup for millions of barcodes, UPC or GTIN numbers for subscribed users.
