I have a Samsung S8 and no matter what I do, it only scans about 25% of our tags. I even print new ones, and it still will not scan. I don't know if there is a known issue with this app for samsung, but I can't get it working. I tried it on my older S5 Active. Same problem. Anyone else has this issue?
