I use this app daily. It's great for work & networking and the team take great care of you; Izzy and Sudan in particular for me. Be aware that on a first come first served basis some shifts go very fast, and it can be frustrating when you open the app instantly and a shift is gone, but rather than getting upset, another shift will come along guaranteed. I take my hat off to the team as they've taken the stress out of staff shortages for coffee companies for both employers and employees alike!

Definitely the best apps for freelancers. Convenience and practical. Pay good and on time. Different shifts available every day and payment is good. Obviously is important to have a sound foundation in specialty coffee. Great app and great team behind it.

Most baristas on this app have never been trained, I sent my C. V in was told my 10 year s in the coffee industry was too much, the owner John is rude insecure man who has no idea how to run a business!

The application process is a joke. They say they want 2 years of specialty coffee experience and excellent latte art, but then go and reject people with these exact skills they are looking for. I know many people who are more than qualified but all got rejected by this app. I'm really not sure what they're looking for if they're rejecting people who meet all their supposed criteria.

Filled up all requirements and been rejected by the app. I have 7 years of experience as a barista, I can do many shapes of latte art, and I have worked on 7 different coffee machines plus different grinders. I know all the book from food stand agency for catering and fire drill procedures, yet I was rejected. I found it as an act of discrimination.

You need to years experience to make coffee? It's not some artisan insanely hard skill, get over yourself haha. I've been sent to jobs where there staff has been sent to jobs aswell, and they've been on less pay than me anyway. Trash app
