Our puppy loves every toy that she gets in her boxes. The treats that come with the boxes are nice, but Since she is a picky eater the treats are barely touched. Now for the request to review the boxes on what her likes and dislikes, I feel they aren't being read or our request haven't been heard especially when we ask what can they can do to make a better experience for our puppy.

They make ot IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription and account. I've been contacting for 3 months now. Very unprofessional.

Once you subscribe, you cannot cancel; you're paying $24.+ for the next 12 months. The toys are ok, but my dog, nor the neighbors dogs, would eat the treats. The treats are made by Bark box....
