I just did my first event and I loved it. Thank you, Bar Master for this opportunity. I have more events scheduled for the next couple of weeks, and I am super excited for them. The people coordinating these events are amazing and has helped me with every question and concern that I have had. They have responded to me immediately with all the answers I needed.

This app is trash. It logs you out, and then you have to back door it to get back in. Or close the app out and reopen it... The worst thing is the notifications. NOBODY gets notifications of new jobs. Whoever just so happens to randomly check the app are the ones that get lucky to get a job. If you work a regular 9 to 5 and can not have your phone in your face 24/7, you'll never get work on this app. When you do get work, the work is usually good. No problems there, but the app is atrocious!

Everytime I go to book a shift it says reserved males me fill out a long form and then doesn't show the shift I've reached out to support with 0 help. It only does this with bartending shifts not with server shifts. Server shifts do t get tips and im a bartender I don't mind working a server shift to help out but if I can never get bartending shifts because the app is so glitchy then what is the point

If you don't have an IPhone don't waste your time. This app is absolutely horrendous. When and if you receive notifications they are already claimed
