Must-read for all Barosi customers. Barosi has threatened me to deduct 50% amount for not accepting unsolicited supplies. They manage your subscription from backend. I had already changed my subscription and stopped all supplies. Then, I had messaged them twice via app contact us tab to close my account and refund my money. Instead of refunding my balance, they are forcing me to take delivery or deduct my money fraudulently. Beware all!!

The customer care is not that good. The milk I received today got burnt out. The customer care said that we had delivered the right quaity, it got burnt, it's on ur account. I used to boil it the same way, that means today my stove or that utensil was faulty as the milk is good as usual. Has it been a usual milkman, he would have understood my concern and would have provided me a fresh one immediately. I am wondering because I have same stove n utensil tomorrow also, should I buy it from barosi?
