I've not had any issues with Barq outside not receiving a few notifications from chat replys, or message requests. I read a lot of comments about people saying you need to pay to reach a reputation level, so you can interact, but this isn't true. I've not paid a dime, and I'm reputation level 4 and have no issues. The verification part was true however, it did take me about a day or two to become verified. But was not an issue for me.

BARQ is alright. It is good for hookups if you are interested in that maybe, it is good for finding furries near you and finding their contacts and chatting with furs of course. The app's notification system is a bit odd, constantly missing messages because I click away or look away waiting for a response and then there isn't a clear indication of when someone responds outside the chat UI page, but I can see the developers working hard at this, they are going in a good direction here.

The Site Sucks. Took me two weeks to get approved. When waiting to get approved manually, you can't do anything, until your reputation is improved... Or you can pay for it, which is pretty scummy. When you do get on there, if you ever have issues, the support team take forever to respond and are quite rude to you when they do. Skip this app.

Alright so cool idea, it needs more work. I like the way its set up to find other people instead of a scrolling style but also its rare uncommon that someone will hit you back (at least from where I live, which is very suburban with fewer furries than other cities so take that with a grain of salt). As someone who only uses it for friends, its landed me a few, and I also met my boyfriend on barq for cuddles so, W there. The main issue with this app is notifications do not work at all.
