Base Flip

Remember when real-time strategy meant tank rushes, last-second defences and a radio voice answering every order? Base Flip brings that feeling back, rebuilt so the whole war fits under one thumb.

Every base on the board trains troops. Drag from one of yours to any other base and its garrison marches out; send enough and the base flips to your colour. Rival armies play by the same rules at the same moment, and they don't wait for you.

What a battle gives you
• Drag to command. One finger picks the base and the target: no menus, no selection boxes.
• STORM. Earned after your third win: every base you hold charges one target at once.
• Support strikes. Capture a Comms Uplink, pick a strike and drag it onto the enemy. Three jets carpet-bomb the line, napalm sets the ground on fire, a cryo bomb freezes a column where it stands. Rivals take Uplinks too, so watch the sky.
• Gun towers. MG Towers and Missile Towers fire on anyone who comes close. Take one and it fires for you.
• Build mid-fight. Turn a captured Construction Site into a Tank Factory, an Airfield, a Sniper Nest and more.
• A squad that talks back. Your orders are answered on the radio by voiced troops, with captions on screen: "Roger, moving in!", "Yes sir!", "Get down!"

44 boards across five sectors: Green Valley, Desert Dunes, Frozen Front, Volcano Ridge and Command Summit. Some are rings around a lake, some are crescents, and the largest put five armies on one board.

Between battles, rise through 24 ranks from Recruit to General, promote your troop cards and choose from 100 Talents.

Base Flip is played against computer-controlled armies, with nothing to sign up for.
