This application of Baseball Rules in Black and White is totally awesome. It gives you the umpire a great rules interpretations for NFHS, NCAA and MLB. What ever level you call. I was totally amazed at what I had in my hands and a quick reference at my fingertips. From definition to batting, pitching, base running, balks you name it, it there at your fingertips its one of most useful tools for any young aspiring umpire or veteran umpire. Very easy to use with rules broken down into each category. Also, extremely useful when working different rule sets (OBR, NFHS, NCAA and youth) as each has their own enforcement of plays and penalties.

App is generally useful and well organized but unstable - it shuts down when you're reading certain sections, such as the NCAA type 1 obstruction section on catcher's obstruction when a runner is sliding into home. Very annoying.

This has been a wonderful app. It was a true service of love for the game as a free app. Charging for it is both reasonable and responsible. Charge $50 for it, fine. But, a subscription? You'd charge a _subscription_ to look at your book? No. That is irresponsible and unreasonable.
