I have the Module from Base cam, this app is stuck on looking for device details and never works. Not sure If setting is wrong or the app. Any suggestions?

Gets as far as- reading device parameters(2/6)- and that's it, spins, spins and spins and spins, won't connect, totaly useless. Bring back the Ikan beholder DS2-A app, it worked. This app (basecambgc32) needs major repairs.
