Incredible App! I find it so hard to find an all-in-one meal prep app that is easy to use, has all the features, and it even creates you a shopping list, so you can just take that to the shops and buy everything you need! 100% recommend trying this app!! The recipes are simple and delicious! The workouts are great too! When i cbf going to the gym I do a quick workout but the food side to it, amazing! Workouts are great and easy to follow along with. Food is as always great, always enjoy what Ashy has to offer. The selecting meals and organizing your weeks food is tedious. You have to move each repeated food item you day by day meal by meal. Your Ashy tour app and how that worked was fricken amazing, and I would love to see that implementation put into this one here for 5*

I tried Balance thinking it was easier than the last app to understand and navigate. This one is just as hard ...so many apps out there offering amazing workouts this one needs to step it up a bit to compete. I love workouts when the instructor is guiding you, like a live workout but recorded. This reminds me of the sweat app. Very repetitive, I really wanted to love this app as I love Ashy and her products 😭

The app itself is not great. You can't edit much of anything in the settings, so it is unusable to set up goals and adjust personal details. Every time you need to leave the workout screen for any reason, the workout restarts - even if you have it paused. Very frustrating. Lastly, the workouts themselves are very basic. The trainers all spend more time talking than actually working out and a lot of the time they lose count or get distracted. Slows the entire wo down and is very frustrating
