Places where I live I have found dead spots where it says I'm 20 mi away from where I actually am. I'm becoming disgruntled very quick with this app because it is now not letting me use most of the filters. My phone is capable of running this app, but it won't let me use half of it and I pay for a subscription. Plus I went to our BLM headquarters and compared my lines with their lines in these lines are over 40 yards off!

I think they should send an email reminding us about the automatic renewal. Woke up $73 less and then when I went to check my account I deleted my account by accident. So not only am I out of the money that I needed I have a basic subscription. This is dumb. Keep your app and give me my money back.

Nice app when it works, and if you can get tech support. When I changed phones while back I didn't realize it hit dumped my saved offline maps. The app will not allow me to upload a new offline map. Contacted customer service yesterday, and they promptly emailed back and said that they would contact me within 24 hours. Sure enough, just under 24 hours later, they emailed me an ad. Still haven't heard from them on my problem, so as result of the app was completely freaking useless on my hunt today

Canceling the subscription doesn't always mean it's actually canceled. I canceled my subscription a few months ago and just got charged for it again. Now I'm trying to figure out how to have it actually canceled and hopefully have my money refunded.
