When I try using the app it says to update but when I press the update button it redirects me to the Google Play Store and the update feature isn't there. Update: I got it to update, but it took me about 5 tries by uninstalling

Horrible to use. Whenever you touch on a property on your screen it jumps to a different one. I need to be able to view WHAT I WANT TO VIEW not what batch leads wants me to see.

After paying for my service I was unable to use my list pulls for over a week. It took customer service 4 days to resolve the issue and when I requested a refund (did not use any of my monthly services I paid for) I was ignored. Twice. I asked the live customer support and the rep that reached out to let me know the problem had been solved and neither one would even comment and my refund request. Highly dissatisfied with the services, customer service, and pricing. Do not recommend.
