The notifications are completely unreliable, it tells me the bus is approaching my stop an hour before it is due to arrive.

This app doesn't work more than it does. It doesn't update my child's location, and I cannot access the itinerary, so I have no idea when she's at her stop. It looks like this has been a problem and this company is doing nothing about it.

The app says my child has boarded the bus even when the child has not gone to school, notification timing & the real time does not match. Can't rely on this app for real time and real updates.
