IMPORTANT!!! Battery Notifier Pro BT will not stop working on its own. MOST Android manufacturers have aggressive battery saving settings which shut down apps running in the background by default. We suggest turning off all battery saving/power saving settings. Find the Android setting on your device to "optimize" the battery for apps and TURN IT OFF for Battery Notifier Pro BT. If you update to a newer version of Android, you need to make these changes again after the update or else upgrade to Battery Notifier Pro BT 2020 if moving to Android 10 or higher. (See below for free upgrade.)

Best battery app. Can you not tell if your cellphone is charging? I couldn't see the tiny charging lightning bolt most of the time. I was so tired of my phone being on charge all night just to find out it didn't charge at all because it came unplugged or the charger was bad. This app will let you know easily if it's charging with a smiley face or neon lightening bolt on your status bar with notification sound if you want. You will be notified when your device is charging and when your battery is fully charged . You can also set it to notify you when your battery is low. You can pick to notify at multiple percents that you can customize. For example you pick when your phone battery (that's not on charge) is only at 60% 35% and 20% battery. You will never be with a dead phone again. You can also customize how your notified, the notification sounds and you can also mute the notification sounds. Now I can quickly, clearly and easily see if my phones actually charging and if the charger comes loose I'll be notified.

Good news is this is a great app. Bad news is don't try the free app and don't try the any other the cheap imitations and be forewarned I've heard people say it doesn't work on some versions of Android. Never had a problem when I pay for the Battery Notifier 99 Pro. I only wish it had several levels of warning and possibly even something that would turn phone completely off at say 5%. And in that way you have one emergency call left.

After installing the free version the percentage size was the same size as my phones default to small just a different colour, I then was impressed with the presentation of the Pro version and purchased it only to find I now had two icons and double battery persentage notifications still the same size and no means to enlarge them. The purpose for wanting this app was to get a battery charge status notification that I can see, unfortunately it did not work on my Redmi 4 A sorry chaps.

got the Paid version cause its supposed to have more options. still cant set to give me a notification only when the battery is low. i dont want a persistent notification of my battery level, android can do that without an app. cant clear the notification either,. ill find something else

Made settings for alarm and display and nothing works. No notification of
status and no alarm when battery level reached the low battery percentage
that I set...20%. So far not impressed.
