Awesome customer service and items. Really cool stuff. Only complaint would be for the pro box does it always have to be a knife. The knifes are cool. Would be nice sometimes maybe for a special item.

Love the boxes so far on pro+. This review is on the app itself though... it's a little broken and if anyone is having the same issue I'm having then battlbox your loosing money. I personally don't care to shop on the web, so I would use the app, but it's broken. I can't add anything to my cart! I was able to set up my subscription, but that's it. When I push add to cart a broken option screen pops up and can't do anything but go back. Nothing added...fix the app please. S21 ultra phone Shawn.

Won't let me cancel 🤷 I tried I few boxes some cool items, but I would have just bought separate was curious about pro box and that was Total bust... I get the flashlight price etc., but it's a garbage light and got socks and other ransoms ...iv gotten better items in my advanced box that costs less ....only got 1 knife iv had like IDK 3 or 4 boxes and nothing like pictured on the website aka 2 way radios etc .... I tried not impressed sorry some items just overpriced some I like but not worth it
