How are we supposed to play the game of the stupid thing doesn't work, and I bought an advisor and I don't want to refund me because this new version does not work. UPDATE So now they are thiefs too, bought an advisor packet, still waiting for it. Does anybody know how to get hold of these people.

Network error has screwed me over countless times and I had good consistent network when these occurred, also game doesn't load, just at 0% at times, can you fix it because I might just delete it again if the problem occurs again.
