Really enjoyed this game. If you beat the first Battle heart, definitely worth the purchase. Took me around 12 hours total to complete. Ran a party with the Bard, Dark Knight, Necromancer, and Fire Wizard. PROS: Plenty of replayability, to try out different mix of classes. More classes than original game New enemy types. New skill system Improved battle interface (found in the settings) Cons: A grindy game - good to play here and there My favorite character - the monk is gone :(

It needs more characters, could you add a male wizard like in the first game
★★☆☆☆
I don't mind the game despite basically being just a series of endless grind battles. I do mind that there's no auto attack, though. The absence of auto attack is why it's 2 stars. I had more fun with Battle heart Legacy (there's auto attack and targeting there)... well, before the very sudden and inexplicable spike of difficulty of the last boss battle.

It's nothing like the greatest of the first 2 games. It's just a grind. The1st game was basically a teaching experience on how to manage a party. The idea is the is idea is the tank pick up agro on all mobs. (Bat are unaffected by threat) tank hold mobs while dps burn them down. The healer keeps up the tank with a few spot heals. Ok this game put whatever melee in your party let them run around till everything is dead. They still have the treat mechanics. It's just useless
