Aldarix the Battlemage is a turn-based tactical dungeon crawler - or puzzle roguelike - where you defeat your enemies using powerful spells.
Tactical combat Combat is based on positioning and, above all else, spells. There's a broad range of spells available and learning how to use each of them efficiently is key to successful battlemagery.
Story mode Aldarix is captured and must defend the kingdom against the mysterious Devigon! This mode consists of 50 handcrafted levels.
Survival Mode A challenging roguelike mode where levels are randomly generated and death is permanent.

This game is legit. When there's an enemy type that knocks you back a space, you don't get knocked back into a potion if that space contains a potion.

It's surprisingly challenging. While simple in graphics and story, the battle mechanics are rather engaging and very strategic. It feels like a lot of predictions are required to perfect any level, much like chess you have to calculate the consequences of several moves before making one. For example, the lightning orb spell with mystic sight active can actually do a lot of damage if you calculate which direction and position should put most enemies in line of attack. Definitely recommend.

Interesting story, unique skill, It's had potential to be good game but no, - its don't have skip turn, no inventory, pick potion = use it, no upgradeable stats' character. Forgot to mention, control too small to use dpad & touch control just for movement
