Not really used it much except to check when I get notices of announcements from our office. Like that it has my work schedule and available shifts.

I needed assist with logging into the app, Giovanni was extremely helpful, and patient, and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Now I have access to co-workers on cases to relay important information, take photos of skin issues for my case manager, and find open shifts easily, we needed this app years ago! I appreciate all the work put into secure chat, finally we have something to make nurses and CNA's lives easier.

I am not able to message my current CSM or anyone at the current office I'm working out of unless they message me first. When I open a new message the only contacts that come up are ones from 2 offices prior to the one I'm at now. I also still receive announcements from that 1st office. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no change.

Messages never show the complete message, so I never know what was sent. Also, it's annoying having all these apps. We get emails, messages on the chat app plus have celltrak. It's a bit much and gets very annoying when a group chat is sent and everyone's responding. Talk about annoying especially while in a clients home and phone is constantly going off.

The app ALWAYS freezes... I miss important messages and can never see in time open shifts I can help with. I have to always install and Uninstall at least 2 time a week.
