Mobile is fine for what I do. In person banking/customer service (hours of operation, able to talk to and get information) has deteriorated to the point that I may as well be at a big bank. Bayview is supposed to be more than what it has become in the last few years. Ps I have been a member since 1972, and now having second thoughts. Brian.

Works well but the security is lacking. A five digit, only numbers, code isn't secure enough, especially with no 2fa Edit: They have really upped their game with a new app, better password creation and 2fa. Well done!

Sometimes kick you out before you can finish what you are doing. It has been very glitchy since they updated this app. Not impressed. The old version was more user-friendly.

Worst app I've ever had to deal with. Takes several attempts to log in. Doesn't give the fingerprint log in as a security option like most other banks, it almost makes me afraid to use the app on my cell phone.

Was great when update was first made now it's not working u guys need to fix faster been down 3 days like how long does it take to get ur app back up and running!

Didn't think it was possible for a CU app to get worse but this recent amalgamation has managed it. Absolutely useless. Can't log in half the time. Errors out the wazoo. Sits and spins more than it does literally anything else. Infuriating
