★★☆☆☆ App worked fine like 2 years ago but now it wont connect at all, stuck on "initializing". BB-8 is fine and charged, no damage, just kept stored for a long time. Why.

★★☆☆☆ LG stylo 6, the app wouldn't recognize the droid, uninstalled and reinstalled and it wouldn't even get past the 'additional assets' screen. Reset the droid and my phone several times to no avail.

★★☆☆☆ Sphero has discontinued the star wars products and app support. None of the glitches will get sorted. You can either keep the toys as paperweights or throw them in the bin. Please don't buy robotics from this company again. They least they can do after crippling all the bots is fix the glitches and tell consumers on the app stores to save the apps on as many old supporting devices as they can seeing the apps will no longer be on app stores starting 1 Oct 2021. Hope Sphero goes bust.
