★★★★★
The app is good, but as a news source a little left-leaning. Lack of coverage of any subjects that paint the Labour Party in a poor light.

Only 1 of the 3 things that the whole of the BBC have got right as a corporation. They happily steal money from the public in the guise of a license. Personally all funding should stop & it's time the BBC started with ads to make up their funding. ITV, Channel 4 & 5 can do it, so why can't this lot? They would probably make more money with running ads than they currently do & BBC America has ad breaks, so they know it works. Also time Walford fell into a massive sinkhole forever too.

I have grown to like the main news slot every evening, I feel it keeps me well-informed as to what is happening in the world today. But there is one small problem with some of the news stories, Such as the spy from China, could we see a little less of it, because it is destroying people's lives that have already had to pay the price of allegedly sleeping with a younger person, I find that those stories are a private issue, with regards to the person and their family, It's also Old News.
★★☆☆☆
The BBC is very biased in a number of instances and is untrustworthy in the opinion of many who prefer to receive news reports from other outlets.
★★☆☆☆
Good source for news but videos no longer rotate to full screen, only shows a letterbox landscape video size.
★★☆☆☆
Uninstall the app for the following reasons: News is outdated. Most articles are over a day old. Other outlets are fare more current. The swipe left/right is too sensitive and kicks in when scrolling down to read articles. Local news articles can not be accessed by clicking on the headline. I get taken to a page of headlines, not the article I wanted to read. Writing! The standard has dropped with too many mistakes in the articles. What happened to proofreading? BBC News used to be reliable
