If you had to, you could manage with this app. But it's not a convenient telnet client. To use the on-screen keyboards, the display has to be blocked. It cannot use a hardware keyboard. It can only be used in one horizontal orientation. The port cannot be specified for the address. And the UI is not easy to use.
