QR Code adalah suatu jenis kode matriks atau kode batang dua dimensi yang berfungsi sebagai hipertaut fisik yang dapat menyimpan teks, url, dsb. Transaksi pembayaran dengan menggunakan QR Code ini disebutkan dengan istilah QRPayment atau pembayaran menggunakan QR.
QR Payment adalah sistem pembayaran elektronik dengan memindai QR Code. Secara umum, untuk bisa melakukan transaksi pembayaran menggunakan QR Code, cukup mengunduh aplikasi BBSMerchant melalui PlaySore di smartphone.
