Looks like they recently updated. Works great. I can search for the item to recycle, and it lists and shows on the map the locations of where it is accepted.
★★★★★
Quick way to find out where to take recycling items. Thanks

Excellent resource to research where to take various materials to be recycled. Makes being responsible so much easier.

Love this app!! I am currently cleaning up and organizing my home and had been frustrated where some of the items should go. This app is helping me a lot of being efficient!

Works as advertised Works well and the information is organized nicely.
★★☆☆☆
Frustrating how few recycling resources are listed, as an employee of a recycling depot in Kelowna I'm confused as to why only one of the resources I know of personaly is listed. And it is very annoying to be asked Constantly to turn on my location I would be ok entering a location, but I do not wish for other apps on my phone to track my location. I was really hoping I could use this app to help myself and my customers who want to recycle but don't have an easy or fast way of contacting local resources.
★★☆☆☆
Use to be a good app but no longer works with my S9+. Only shows numbers where it used to display the sub items of materials you want to recycle. Seeing as the last update to the app was 2016 it's woefully out of date with new businesses or places that don't take certain items anymore. I'm back to just using the internet.
★★☆☆☆
I was hoping for an easy-to-use app showing which materials I could recycle in my blue box or take to a recycling location nearby. Unintuitive and lacking information. I was looking about how to recycle three ringed loose-leaf binders. There are not enough options for alternative names for different items. Very disappointed.

Not useful. Recommend retiring it. Using your internet browser will yield far better and more accurate information. I hope that no tax dollars were spent on building this thing. Disposing of something like used oil seems to require quite a bit of effort. I think places like Canadian Tire that sell oil should be mandated to accept and process the used oil. Styrofoam can also be a challenge to find a place to recycle in this app does not help. No surprise people dump it roadside.
