I got a message from their support people, and it seems they have fixed the problem, but I've played probably 50 tickets online and haven't won anything online ever since. I'm not really sure its worth my time and all the disappointment that it causes Even if I could just win $5 here and there I might keep it, but as it stands, I don't think that im going to. The super cross word code was already enabled shouldn't be already done not doing the code. I scanned the card after doing the non-digital cross word scanned it said I won 3 bucks then I did the digital cross word and said I won another 3 bucks... truly disappointing finding out that the digital code was already saying it won on the ticket that I did not do the digital code yet. I thought I won 6 bucks. The app bclc said I won 3 bucks and the digital online cross word said I won 3 bucks

No hope, I don't know why they put in a 'play for prize' when you will NEVER win. Just be prepared to get 2 words and NEVER a 3rd word to win. It's a cool app to play just for fun, but other than that, I've played only 'play for prize' because I buy the scratchy alot & obviously want to win & let's just say I've played more than 20 x's & not won once.

Volume control doesn't work and the back groud music is annoying. When I close the app the music still keeps playing. Win in play for fun but nothing in play for prizes. Win more with an actual scratch ticket.
