It's pretty good! Nothing seriously wrong that I noticed-the negative reviews for this app seem to mostly stem from password issues because the authors did not pre-enroll in the new mobile banking program, which the bank sent notices of repeatedly over the past few months. Yeah, the app is a bit clunky, but it's a banking app. I'm content that it's functional.

Seamless online banking experience. New update is user-friendly, easy to find everything, and option to inquire on transactions directly to BCSB. Update now allows for biometrics for an easier log-in experience.

When it worked this app was great but for months it hasn't allowed me to login even after I updated my phone. Every time I attempt to log in, it crashes. I talked to customer service, and they said to try and uninstall it but that didn't work. Now I have to use this app on my sister's phone to do my banking. Incredible inconvenience. It's obvious that this isn't just a issue due to multiple of the reviews bring the same as mine. Someone needs to seriously get on this and fix it.

This app is no longer working on my Android. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, and it continues to crash every time I try to log in. In fact, I haven't been able to sign in for a while. BCSB: What's the problem??? I miss having this app access to my accounts and the functionality of the app. When it works, it's great! Please fix this....

It crashes on startup every time now after being updated. I need to be able to have a bank app for cashing checks and keeping track of my account, but now it doesn't work. I will have to change banks if this app isn't fixed soon.
