Why is this app only available for the Swiss play store?! All other Swiss banks have their twint app available worldwide. Please fix.

Master of unreliability This is the most unreliable app I have ever used. In about 1 out of 3 cases it does not work. Irritating to do your shopping, wait at the check-out, have all goods scanned, and then TWINT failure. You end up with wasted time, no goods, annoying the waiting customers, and a cashier who is also lost. Today TWINT said I had paid, but Coop received nothing. I had to pay twice (TWINT + credit card) to be able to leave with my shopping. Unacceptable!

On the newest android 11 update, cannot start bcv twint app. Keeps asking for the newest version of the bcv-net app which is already installed.

Never use this app to order coffee! Well the app mostly works fine and is easy to use. The problem is rising when they keep adding features without any supervision. I ordered Nespresso coffee directly from the app last week which was supposed to be next day delivery. So far no trace of the order. No help and answer from twint. Order number can not be tracked from nespresso shop! Well, money is gone, thanks to Twint!
