BDEMR PCC App

Clinic app is one of three part of cloud based complete electronic medical record system. Our other two parts are BDEMR Patient (which is used by patient to see his medical record), BDEMR Doctor (In BDEMR Doctors app doctor can view patient’s old medical records, which includes but not limited to previous doctors visits and reports, current and old medicine, and all previous test results. She/he will be able to write a new prescription, advice test to any particular clinic/hospital) Uploading test result is made easy by adding template for common tests.

The format is that the user (person reporting) just needs to enter the result as name of the test and units are already given. It reduces undue copying. To print any result, in the setting hospital/clinic name can be set for printing. Otherwise the result can be printed on hospital pad if required. The logged in person name is always printed at the bottom to show the person who prepared it. The test results can be uploaded even there is no advice from a doctor (suggesting if the doctor is not on our system.

This feature helps to keep patients test result updated). Any doctor then will be able to see the available results. For results that are long, the document can be uploaded as an attachment. The respective users can view all results uploaded in Clinic app in BDEMR Doctor app and BDEMR Patient app.
