(can this duration be increased from max 5 min limit?) .......... 17.9.18> yes, exactly continue signal & I didn't find anything other than time interval... i.e. time variation of 5 sec to 5 min. Thanks ........ kind suggestion this is awesome app but can u add off timer as well? Cuz when I hear STOP bell to stop at moment, I stop, but it remains MY decision to get free, so to AVOIDE MY WILL can we also have another RELEASE bell, which RINGS after 30 sec to 30 min or more on individual preference? Same way u gave preference of interval of bells. Thanks a lot for making valuable app. Regards ritesh.

Everytime it signals it reminds me to not think about future or past BUT TO LIVE IN PRESENT. Now every time my thoughts wonder I bring my self forcefully into present - NOW. I read The Power Of Now by Eckhart tolle after using the app. Trust me THIS APP HAS POWER TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION IN NOW - PRESENT MOMENT.
