★★★★★ Not sure why, if I had already gone through the verification process, I was now forced to download UNM app and go through it again. Installing the new app was bad enough, but forcing users to verify themselves again instead of migrating that data to UNM on your end I fear is going to turn a few folks away. UNM verification process wasn't the smoothest either but wasn't too bad. I was probably biased against it because I had to verify again. -my 2 cents

★★★★★ I found it to be simple and intuitive. Say you're watching the news, and hear about an obscure vote coming up that interests you. Be honest, you're not actually going to remember what you wanted to say, go look up which reps are pertinent, and go through their contact process. This app solves that nicely. It feels like you're texting somebody, rather than making your voice heard in government. It takes moments to figure out who you mean to contact and fire your opinions and feelings their way.
