Do I pay when booking? What is Spending Balance? Yes, you prepay the amount to later spend on food and drinks at the venue as your Spending Balance. At the end of your visit, use this balance to settle the bill on your app. The best part, any unused balance rolls over to your next visit at the same venue, exclusively for BeachGoin guests.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund? Absolutely. Change the date or the number of guests, or cancel entirely for a full refund until the cancellation deadline specified by the venue.
How long is my reservation held? As a BeachGoin guest, your reservation is held until late hours such as 3:00 PM, even at venues that typically don’t accept reservations. The exact hold time is shown at booking.
How do I earn free drinks? When you prepay for your Spending Balance, you instantly earn bonuses. These bonuses apply automatically on your bill, giving you free drinks until they run out. Unused bonuses carry over just like your Spending Balance.
What is Unlimited Membership? Unlimited Membership lets you use a chosen venue without limits, guaranteeing your spot daily as if it’s your private beach. Choose between Monthly (30 days) or Seasonal Membership. Unlimited Memberships are personal.
What is a Flex Pack? A Flex Pack allows you to use a chosen venue with flexible number of guests. For example, a 12-use Flex Pack can be used by 2 people for 6 days or 3 people for 4 days.
Are Flex Packs and Memberships valid at a single venue? Yes. However, you can purchase multiple Flex Packs or monthly memberships at different venues, or opt for Day Passes.
