The game doesn't start and all I get is a black screen when using pizza boy c paid version for Game Boy. How do I fix this? The emulator works normally if I just open it from the app instead of trying to open a Game Boy game from the beacon launcher. UPDATE: I changed the file handling to standard, that only made some games work. I switched to gbc. Emu and gba.emu. Great emulators from that guy, but I will miss the multiplayer of pizza boy. Love the front end so far, light and easy to use.

Beacon is an excellent game launcher, but it has some pretty glaring bugs. I want to give it credit and say I really the UI and that it does a good job of looking and feeling modern. My main gripe is that it black screens when launching games via Retroarch if you do it too quickly between games. You need to wait a few minutes or clear the app cache for games to launch again correctly. If that was fixed I would give it 5 stars.

Has the worst scraper I have ever seen, consistently getting perfect hashed and torrent zipped No Intro roms wrong. Even Lemuria is better than this.

I can't add any game hub games, why not add the option to import the home screen shortcut game hub exports.

The developer doesn't listen to the community, there's a feature that has been requested by many users for more than 2 years and still not added.

This launcher doesn't want to play any games from dolphin, just launch the dolphin app instead. When I look how to fix this problem I get the same generic answer...switch the file handling to "standard" or "legacy" but that never works.
