Cannot find the Minew E6 and S4 beacons :(

This app does not detect E4 tag. (Minew door sensor)

Can't use the app. The screen with the app logo appears and before anything else, the app closes and the message "Beacon SET+ keeps stoping". Before this started happening, I was unable to configure Minew E9. It loads until 91% (Reading sensor data) and throws the error "Connection is failed. Please try again".
